Project Overview
The Geospatial Framework Project of a certain unit, as a key initiative of the Gaoyao Bureau of Natural Resources, serves the entire Gaoyao municipal government and hundreds of thousands of local residents. The project requires a standardized computer room, as the existing facility can no longer meet practical needs. This procurement involves equipment for the 12th-floor machine room of the office building, including: UPS systems, power distribution equipment, precision air conditioning, intelligent monitoring and control systems, security equipment, structured cabling, gas fire protection systems, as well as relocation and renovation services. The goal is to build a standardized, intelligent, safer, more reliable data center that is easier to maintain and has lower operational costs to address growing business demands.

The newly planned central data center spans 60 m² and occupies a room on the 12th floor of the Mass Cultural and Art Building, designed by the Gaoyao Architectural Design Studio in 1999. When arranging equipment, we consider the floor design load specified in the original architectural plans. The current floor thickness is 20 cm (12 cm structural layer + 8 cm decorative layer).
Equipment Placement:
- Houses network devices, servers, storage equipment, etc.
- Layout optimizes indoor space and accommodates future expansion, with equipment categorized and evenly distributed for easy management. Placement locations are determined by equipment weight, and maintenance space is reserved around each cabinet (front, back, left, right).
- Dedicated areas for UPS systems, battery banks, utility power input/output distribution panels, etc.
